The restaurant owes its name to the child of the country, « Rouget de Lisle », the author and type-setter of «  la Marseillaise » (our national anthem). Its rule is proudly drawn up just in front of the establishment. From there, an attentive ear perceives the first notes of the Marseillaise played by the clock of the Tower, located « place de la liberté », at the entry of the « rue du commerce », center town.

The cook accomodates you with his regionnal specialities and will not fail to propose you to discover the many Jurassic vintage wines which it selects directly near the local vine growers.
