The restaurant is named after the local boy, Rouget de Lisle, composer of the Marseillaise. His statue stands majestically just across the street from the restaurant.

The Chef will delight you with his traditional Jura and Franche-Comté cuisine and will be sure to introduce you to the many local wines that he selects directly from the winegrowers.

Come and discover the house specialties: Foie gras with Macvin flavor, Supreme of poultry with morels or the famous "Mâchons Comtois", accompanied by a tasting glass of Savagnin.
